The 50,000-square-foot store serves as a dynamic laboratory for the company to test pioneering innovations that reduce energy usage, minimize waste, and optimize water consumption. The project boasts an array of green design features, including daylighting, solar photovoltaic panels, and a vegetative and reflective white roof, all provided by IRC Industrial Roofing & Siding and IRC Solar Roof Systems.
