Consigli Construction entrusted Industrial Roofing Company with the roofing and siding project for the Hyatt Place Hotel in Portland. The roofing component encompassed a 13,600 square feet fully-adhered EPDM system, featuring a composite deck that is free floating on pedestals. In addition, the project involved the installation of 5,600 square feet of Atas metal wall panels.

A unique aspect of this project was the presence of a deck on the rubber roof, requiring close collaboration with Consigli and the architect to integrate the roofing and decking system seamlessly. Through this approach, the roofing and deck system adhered to the manufacturer’s specifications without affecting the warranty, ensuring a robust and functional solution.
